Reincarnate advances the transition toward a circular built environment by shaping how project innovations are assessed, translated into value and supported through sustainable business models. Deliverable 6.3  Impact Assessment and Exploitation Interim presents the first consolidated approach for identifying, evaluating and developing Key Exploitable Assets (KEAs) across the project.

The report outlines the exploitation methodology, combining circular business model development, R2PI-based assessment steps and early analyses of the project’s KEAs. It highlights the initial outcomes of business model development for CP-IM, the wall-climbing robot and the tiny house concept, together with the integration of IP management and knowledge protection measures.

By analysing exploitation pathways and early business model development, this work shows how coordinated impact planning supports the future scaling, adoption and long-term sustainability of Reincarnate innovations.

The deliverable was a joint effort led by Samaneh Rezvani and Eren Cavusoglu (DMO), with contributions from Begüm Aktas, Benjamin Moreno Torres, Caroline Reid , Caro Stoeckermann (TUB), Klaus Luig and Dieter Jansen (3L), and reviewed by Timo Hartmann (TUB), Carmen Serna (AUS) and Pedro Avellanosa Santos (VIS)
