From May 4th to May 7th, Reincarnate partner Ragn-Sells attended IFAT Munich 2026, one of the world’s leading trade fairs for environmental technologies, recycling, waste management, water, and circular economy solutions.

Our colleagues Lars Nybom and Camilla Sonnentheil had the chance to connect with the wider environmental technology community and follow discussions relevant to circularity, recycling, resource recovery, and sustainable waste management.

IFAT brings together companies, researchers, public organisations, and industry professionals working on practical solutions for today’s environmental challenges. For Reincarnate, the event was relevant because many of its key themes relate directly to the project’s work on reducing construction and demolition waste and supporting more circular use of building products and materials.

Reincarnate aims to support the construction sector in moving away from linear waste practices and towards systems where materials can be traced, assessed, reused, and kept in value for longer. Events such as IFAT help show how important collaboration across industry, research, and environmental technology is for making this transition possible.

Through Ragn-Sells’ participation, Reincarnate remains connected to wider conversations around circular material flows, resource efficiency, and future waste management practices.
