There is a growing interest among industries in adopting circular and sustainable practices. The construction industry, known for its resource-intensive practices and significant environmental footprint, is increasingly shifting towards more sustainable and circular approaches. This transition requires companies to adopt a systemic strategy that integrates circularity to create shared value for all stakeholders, including the environment and society.
Adopting circular innovation tools has emerged as a key strategy to reduce waste, increase resource efficiency, and support long-term sustainability goals. The Reincarnate project, led by its partner Erasmus University Rotterdam (ESHCC), is hosting a discussion forum to explore the key drivers behind the shift towards circular practices in construction and how they can be effectively integrated into existing industry standards.
How can these tools be successfully incorporated into construction processes? What are the key strategies and real-world success stories we can learn from? Additionally, how can we engage stakeholders —from contractors and architects to clients and policymakers—in this transition?
Join us on this transformative journey toward circularity in the construction industry!
