Reincarnate advances its mission to enable circular construction by introducing an integrated framework for managing data and information across material life cycles. Deliverable 1.4 – Integrated information management for circular value flow planning presents the methods, tools, and data models needed to connect material flows with digital information flows through the Circular Potential Information Model (CP-IM).

The report highlights the innovation BIM for Circular Value Flow Planning (BIM-CVFP) and demonstrates how building information modelling, digital inventories, and IoT data can be combined to map, trace, and optimize the reuse and recycling of flat glass and concrete. These tools allow stakeholders to visualize material paths, test data flow hypotheses, and identify opportunities to close the loop within real-world demonstrations such as SLAMD and Flat glass to flat glass.

Circular value flow planning transforms information management into a core enabler of reuse, linking physical materials and digital data to make circular construction scalable and measurable!

The deliverable was a joint effort led by Ragn-Sells, with contributions from Demo Consultants, Mainflux, TU Berlin, 3L, TU Delft, and the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM), and reviewed by Mustostal and Demo Consultants.
